Reformer Pilates is a full body, low impact workout that incorporates improving core strength, flexibility, posture, balance, even movement and proper breathing.

​

Reformer Pilates classes also may include Tower and Chair, as well as the utilization of other props.

​

  • Reformer Classes are 50 minutes

  • Private Group Parties are 55 minutes

  • Semi-Private Sessions are 55 minutes

  • Private Sessions are 55 minutes

PAYMENT & WAIVERS

Payment is due prior to attending class or private session.  This can be done via the Zen Planner app or our website.   The only exception to this would be if you are utilizing your one free trial class.  Liability Waiver must also be completed prior to attending class, which can be completed online or at the studio.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that for all scheduled appointments, we require a minimum of 8 hours notice to cancel or we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the missed class.

 
HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise regime, especially if you have health issues. Inform the instructor of any health conditions that may impact your practice.

MEDICATIONS

Do not practice Pilates while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescribed drugs) which may alter your ability to judge your physical capabilities.

 
ATTIRE

Wear athletic clothing that you can move in that is flexible, non-binding, and breathable such as shorts, T-shirts, yoga wear, tights and leotards.
