If you are new to Pilates, we'd love to connect with you prior to you signing up for any group class and we'd always recommend starting with private sessions.  This is to help us understand more about you and what will suit you best.

Payment is due prior to attending class or private session.  This can be done via the Zen Planner app or our website.   The only exception to this would be if you are utilizing your one free trial class.  Liability Waiver must also be completed prior to attending class, which can be completed online or at the studio.  Please let us know if you have any questions.


Please understand that for all scheduled appointments, we require a minimum of 8 hours notice to cancel or we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the missed class.


If you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms or are living with anyone who is sick or quarantined, we ask that you remain home. Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise regime, especially if you have health issues. Inform the instructor of any health conditions that may impact your practice.


Do not practice Pilates while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescribed drugs) which may alter your ability to judge your physical capabilities.


Wear athletic clothing that you can move in that is flexible, non-binding, and breathable such as shorts, T-shirts, yoga wear, tights and leotards.

Please note that you will now be required to wear grip socks which can be purchased in our studio or through other retailers.
